6th June 2016 Resolution, the Ministry of Health has amended the Annex I issued on 20th January 1994 setting the procedures for sanitary control to foreign trade products intended for human use and consumption and customs warehouse available for its inspection.
The new Annex I has been published in the Official State Bulletin this August and is already in force, collecting the list of goods for human use or consumption which are currently subject to systematic checks at external border.
The modification of the Ministry is due to the entry into force of different National and Community regulations since 1994 that have affected the content of the Annex I and therefore updating the content of this Annex I has been a need.
We would like to highlight the following goods that may be used for human consumption and imported to the EU: Soyabean Oil, Palm Oil, etc…
